Please call Marko Vovk at 216-924-8378 to schedule your Continuing Education Class. We are certified by the State of Ohio to teach Continuing Education classes to real-estate professionals. Classes require a 2-3 week scheduling period for State of Ohio approval. The following is the roster of classes we are presently teaching.

I.   Stains / Mold / Moisture Series

This series has hundreds of photos and case studies. Many case studies are bizarre and entertaining that include residential forensics. This series will teach you about many conditions. You will certainly learn many tricks, trade secrets and answers to many of your questions. (Three hours are recommended.)

II.  Radon

The Radon Series starts out with a 13 minute informative EPA movie. The PowerPoint presentation is interactive and full of many sketches, drawing and photographs. The instructors will interject during the PowerPoint presentation with stories, informative facts, and will also answer your questions. (Two hours are recommended.)

III.  Wood Destroying Insects

This series teaches you about the main four wood destroying insects. It teaches how to spot a wood boring insect problem. The second half on this PowerPoint will address other pests, pets and insect problems. This series has hundreds of photographs, case studies, and humor. (Two hours is recommended.)

IV.  Moisture Intrusion

This series will teach you about the obvious leaks and also about the not-so-obvious leaks. The class will teach you basic principles that apply to many different building moisture problems. Building science and residential forensics will be discussed during this PowerPoint Presentation. The presentation has hundreds of photographic images, along with many case studies. (Three hours are recommended.)

VI.  Major House Deficiencies

This will teach you about the major house problems. These problems will include: structural, environmental, geographical, design, and more.

VII.  Major Structural Defects

This will teach you about major structural problems. Problems associated with foundation, upper structure, roofing, façades, architecture, soil, and water tables are some of the topics that will be covered.

VIII.  How to Deal With Home Inspection and Keeping the Real Estate Deal Together

This class shows certain situations and we play the game “Deal or no Deal”.

IX.  How To Handle the Home Inspector and Inspection In a Real-Estate Transaction

This series deals with problems associated with the home inspector, home inspector’s report, home, and entire home inspection process. Learn how to handle certain situations, conditions and problems after the home inspection.
